The city of Lisbon is ready to host the 19th WONCA Europe Conference in July 2014. Under the theme "New Routes for General Practice and Family Medicine", the Portuguese Association of General and Family Medicine – APMGF – and WONCA Europe are preparing a conference to explore the new trends of the specialty. General Practice/Family Medicine should renew itself, to guarantee its future. If it does so, it will also ensure the health, wellbeing and safety of every patient.
